Coaching Return on Investment
The International Coach Federation recently had an ad with an amazing statistic. 86% of Companies made back at least their investment in coaching! Of the 86%, twenty-eight percent (28%) saw an ROI of 10-49 times the investment. And nineteen (19%) percent saw an ROI 5o times their investment. So almost half of the survey participants saw a significant return on investment. Not sure where you can get that kind of return in today’s market.
