Top Level Coaching  provides executive leadership coaching for managers world-wide.  It was founded in 2007.  Our parent company Professional Leaning Systems has been training professionals since 1989. We are an experienced and results-oriented group of coaches that know how to develop senior level leaders and high potentials. We also prepare emerging leaders for new executive roles. We focus on key business and leadership behaviors, and that’s all we do.  Our process for coaching is unique.  That helps us get the best from the leaders we work with.

Our Exclusive Coaching Process for Developing Executive Leadership Skills

Executive Leadership Coaching is an “art” as well as a process. It takes time, education, and experience. Some coaching firms only require a short seminar to prepare their coaches. We are constantly developing our skills and knowledge. Most of us are certified executive coaches.

Some coaches offer services by phone or email or offer limited face-to-face time. Even though there are studies that show that the phone meetings can be effective, there’s no substitute for actual face-to-face time between client and coach.  Face-to-face meetings force honesty, impose concentration, and guarantee a personal commitment to success.  We try to maximize our face time with our clients, depending on location and budget.

We work with leaders from around the world. Our Midwest location allows for face-to-face coaching for a good part of the country.  Dayton, Columbus, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Louisville, and  Lexington are all within a short drive from Cincinnati. Our office in Naples, Florida serves the South Western Florida region.
