Our Coaches


Our coaches are all proven leaders from several industries and are top in their fields.  Most have advance degrees and significant coaching experience.  All of our executive coaches and have been in the coaching business for a number of years.  We hope to share through our blog our philosophy of coaching as well as our experiences. 

 

BobFormalPicRob VeVerka is an accomplished and in-demand executive leadership coach. He is president of Professional Learning Systems and Top Level Coaching. He provides coaching for leaders around the world, using a step-by-step behavioral change process. Previously he was Director of Executive Education at the University of Cincinnati.  He worked with companies developing customized leadership development programs. Also he managed, UCEP,  the University of Cincinnati Executive Program for senior-level executives and emerging leaders in the Cincinnati area.  He personally coached all the participants in the program to improve their leadership and business skills. Rob has held management positions with several top companies including Ernst & Young, Xerox, GE and Ford. In each of his roles he gained valuable training and development experience.  He has created and consulted with many Fortune companies to build leadership development programs.

The people I coach usually come to me because they are not as effective as they feel the should be in their leadership style.  My goal is to make each person the best version of themselves.  My expertise relates to leadership style, communication, and interpersonal behavior.  My strength comes from my varied but integrated background. I have an MBA. I have been a leader.  I understand business, personal, and organization issues. I’m a generalist having worked with many different kinds of companies, industries, and markets.  Nevertheless, my coaching style concentrates on behaviors rather than on functional expertise and technical skill.

Dodge is a senior executive with over 30 years of successful experience building high growth businesses.  He has a strategic orientation, breadth of general management skills and a passion for developing people.  During his career he has been responsible for sales, product development, marketing, customer service, and professional services on a global basis.  His has a strong understanding of business operations with a bottom-line orientation.  Dave’s leadership style promotes a positive, encouraging environment for people to work together to produce outstanding results. Dave brings to his clients the depth and breadth of executive experience as a CEO, COO, Sales Executive, leadership coach and business advisor.  Dave’s leadership, management, and executive experience forms a solid base of understanding to provide the insight, perspective and practical experience necessary to achieve the desired coaching objectives and business results.

JenniferJennifer McClure is President of Unbridled Talent, LLC a speaking, training and strategy consulting company providing services to clients in the areas of recruiting/social recruiting, employment branding and leadership/career development. She is also a popular speaker who is regularly engaged to present at conferences, associations and to HR, recruiting and leadership teams at a variety of organizations – including Fortune 100 clients. Prior to launching Unbridled Talent, Jennifer worked as a Human Resources executive in privately held and Fortune 500 companies and as an Executive Recruiter and Executive Coach partnering with C-level leaders to find, attract, recruit and develop key leadership talent at Centennial, Inc. She’s an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association and serves as a volunteer on GCHRA’s Strategic Planning Team and the Communications Committee.
